Texas Voting Information
The state of Texas has an on-line portal, VoteTexas, to perform several functions for voter registration and sample ballot information. A citizen can:
- Verify if your registration is active
- Submit a new registration
- Make changes to your registration
- See what's on the Ballot
- Find your polling location
- See ID requirements
- See a sample ballot

- Voter Registration Tables will be at all services on both HCBC campuses on September 1st
- Texas Legislative Live! will be held at HCBC for 4 weeks in February, 2025 as the Texas Legislature begins, bills are filed, chairmen are appointed and committee meetings begin. The class will be a "hands on" class teaching you how to follow a bill, contact your senator/representative about the bill, testify for or against the bill as it unfolds in the legislative process and so much more!
